Plantation, Florida — Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida and Legal Aid Service of Broward County, both prominent Broward Legal Aid organizations, are proud to announce that elder law attorney Jason Neufeld has been named the 2024 Attorney of the Year. This prestigious award, which will be presented on October 17, 2024, a their "2024 For the Public Good Gala" which recognizes an attorney who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to supporting the organization's mission and the community it serves.
Jason Neufeld’s outstanding contributions to the Legal Aid Programs in Broward County exemplify legal excellence and commitment to community service, particularly through his extensive pro bono work.
- Jason has volunteered and co-chaired multiple events with Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid on numerous projects over the years to serve low-income seniors in Broward County.
Jason Neufeld is the owner and managing partner of Elder Needs Law, PLLC, which specializes in Medicaid Planning, Asset Protection, Benefits Preservation Planning, Estate Planning, and Probate. An "AV" Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Jason has been consistently recognized as a top lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine and Florida Trend’s Legal Elite from 2012 to 2024. He currently serves on the board and executive committee of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and is the appointed Co-Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association.
