She conducts specialized Medicaid Waiver Waitlist coaching sessions, offering clients valuable insights and guidance to navigate the complexities of the waitlist process effectively. Tracy oversees all reporting on Medicaid client cases, using Matter Tracking Reports to keep clients and the team up-to-date on progress and milestones.
